The British public thought this would be an end to organised cruelty dressed up
as 'sport'. Unfortunately, the people that hunt are also the people that run the
UK behind the scenes and so they have carried on hunting whilst the police and
the media look the other way. All we hoped was that the law would be enforced
with the same vigour that laws brought in to stop us intervening to save a
hunted animal were in the 1980s and 1990s. Some people are monitoring hunts with
camcorders, but in 2008, 3 years after the ban, more and more people are
realising that the only way to stop these bullies is by direct action - it saves
