As a birth doula, I am dedicated to providing love, compassion and respect to
the laboring mom. I help her achieve the birth she desires by providing
constant emotional support and physical comfort with such techniques as massage,
breathing and positioning. For the postpartum moms, I will continue that
valuable emotional support as well as physical support in the way of baby care
assistance, breast-feeding support, light house cleaning and errands.
