Lambsquarters Farm is a small, family owned operation in northern Indiana
near the town of Roann. We raise grass-fed lamb and also have chickens that
provide us with fresh brown eggs. Our lambs are intensively grazed on pasture
through-out the summer until they are ready to butcher, and then we take them to
our local butchering plantto have them processed according to what our
customers want. We take orders throughout the year, but will only have the lambs
available from mid-July through the end of the year. We try to keep some of the
more popular cuts in our freezer to have available for the winter months, but
that is first come, first served.
 Wedon't use anyantibiotics and
there are no added hormones given to any of the animals that we sell, and we
don't use any pesticides or chemical fertilizer on the pastures.
 To
order, please call or email. (email is generally thequickest way to reach
us.)
We look forward to serving you!
