Reiki is an energy healing practice that supports you in feeling more connected
to life. It is hard to define and is best explained by simply receiving a reiki
treatment. You can either experience a Reiki session or study how to practice
Reiki for yourself. Lasting Light Reiki offer sessions and workshops to learn
Reiki in Howard County/Columbia, MD. Kelly is an Usui and Karuna Ki Reiki Master
as well as a Registered Yoga Instructor. Kelly brings her unique knowledge of
meditation, yoga and reiki to her classes.
Lasting Light Yoga offers relaxing
yoga classes specializing in Adult, Pre-Natal, Children's, Gentle/Senior, and
Office yoga. We also offer yoga classes for special events such as health fairs,
stress reduction seminars, baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday parties.
