We are a vegan meal delivery service serving the north east USA (Boston, New
York, New England, Philadelphia and the rest of the United States via local or
UPS Carbon Neutral shipped deliveries.
Our food is based on combining
Macrobiotic Diet principles with the Mediterranean Diet and a Plant Based Diet.
We believe this provides a complex enough approach to be able to offer delicious
meals that are truly healthy enough to replace home cooking.
Apart from
convenience and general health benefits, clients lose weight while feeling
satisfied and the food is also good as a Heart Healthy Diet, Heart Disease
Reversal Diet, Low Cholesterol Diet, and a Diabetes Reversal Diet. Clients have
