The story of Madame Renaud Naturals begins two generations ago. My grandmother,
Malvina, an avant-garde woman, was a pharmacist in France. People came from
miles around to purchase her herbal concoctions. She eventually met an
adventurous man, moved to Quebec, Canada and had 12 children. The youngest,
Germaine, was my mother.
My earliest memories are of my grandmother and mother
hand blending herbs for soaps and salves, filling our home with the scents of
lavender and other olfactory pleasures.
As an adult, wanderlust took me to the
Caribbean where I met a man from Loveland, Colorado. We married and in December
1997, I launched Madame Renaud Naturals, making soaps in my kitchen from old
recipes given to me by my mother. They were such a success that I had to leave
my little kitchen for a big warehouse in Loveland.
Today, Madame Renaud
Naturals products, including our trademarked all natural sunless tanning line -
Colour Me Hydrated, are sold in the US and 12 countries. Keywords: natural,
