I am a teacher of the Feldenkrais Method. I work in Arlington and Alexandria,
VA. I offer both groups classes and individual sessions. I have helped many
people get relief from pain and may be able to help you. I can also help you
de-stress and feel more pleasure and satisfaction in how you move and how you
