Raw Food Central is a completely RAW VEGAN Health Food Hub in CT supporting all
interested in expanding better health and more happiness through a raw plant
based eating lifestyle. Raw Food Central welcomes all phases from the curious
health seeker to the vegetarian to the full raw vegan.
We carry a full line
of products in store with a wide range are all natural and organic. This
includes books, raw vegan foods and hand made pampering products and crafts.
Curtis Griffing, the owner of the store has been educated in a Vegan Lifestyle
for over 30 years and loves to empower people to lead productive lives. He
offers HealthPath, an educational course about eating a raw plant based
lifestyle.
Activities include potlucks, movie nights, basic to advanced
classes, a 9 week educational health class, holiday gatherings, Raw Food Experts
Presenters, a bulk food co-op, more fun, art workshops and more!
