Traditional ayurvedic treatments, therapies, lifestyle consultations in santa
barbara, ca. essential oils, herbs, nutrition and sadhana daily practices
(meditation, pranayama, etc...) are encouraged to assist in the flow of energy
to move through our bodies. we address emotional, physical and mental health for
whole health each not separate from each other but interconnected. we will
dialogue together on steps to move you through blocks and addressing current and
longstanding issues. traditional ayruvedic therapies include heart basti, lower
back basti and eye basti using ghee and/or warm herbal oils. ayurvedic healing
facials, head and scalp treatments, reiki, herbal oil massage and aromatherapy.
many of the treatments calm and relax over active nervous systems. you leave
feeling rejuvenated, calm and clarity. ayurveda is living in harmony with the
rhythm of nature. the choices we make today affect
our tomorrow.
