is certified by the Animal Welfare Approved program which ensures they are
raised humanely.� Our all natural pork production is antibiotic free, hormone
free, with no additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients.� Because we
grow our heritage hogs slow and natural, the flavor and quality of the meat is
some of the best around.�
Our pork is available at various farmers
markets, specialty boutiques, and restaurants in the San Antonio and South Texas
