The Animal House (Jamaica) is one the only no-kill animal sanctuary on the
island. As such what we do is critical in terms of rescuing and re-homing the
many cruelly abused and callously abandoned animals that are referred to us on a
daily basis. Having survived four hurricanes in only four years (God only knows
how, but we did it) we have managed to almost completely recover from the damage
meted out by each storm, but still need urgently need help to continue our work.
At any given time we have approximately 150 of Jamaica's forgotten animals in
our care.
