We raise lambs in the natural way a lamb should be raised, at pasture with its
mother. They are not routinely vaccinated, given hormones or antibiotics.
All
cuts are frozen and vacuumed packed at a USDA inspected facility.
We offer
ground, cubed, boneless legs. Frenched crowns (rack of lamb) are by special
order only.
