To Your Health Sprouted Flour Co. specializes in the time-honored tradtion of
sprouting grains to maximize digestibility and nutrition. We then dry and mill
our sprouted grains into beautiful bread flours for all your baking needs.
Our grains are certified organic by Oregon Tilth. All of the sprouting, drying,
milling, and packaging is done right on our farm. We work hard to ensure you get
the best possible sprouted flour available. All orders are milled fresh. Our
product doesn't sit on a shelf or in a warehouse.
To Your Health offers
sprouted wheat, spelt, and rye flours; whole grain for maximum nutrition, or
sifted (most of the bran is removed) for finer pastries and pastas.
