We are a member-owned volunteer organization that incorporated as Share Food
Co-op in 1978 and reincorporated as Upstate Food Co-op in 2003 for the purpose
of providing natural and organic food to its members. We keep our shelves
stocked with commonly used bulk items, beverages, produce, prepackaged products,
refrigerated and frozen products, as well as culinary and medicinal herbs and
supplements.
