This program is designed for those in financial need of assistance.
Applicants on public assistance may qualify by providing a copy of your
participation in one of the following programs: SSD/SSI, Food Stamps, Major VA
Disability, WIC, Section 9 Housing, TANF, Medicaid, Unemployment or other state
or federal public assistance program. Or income under $36,000 for a single
family
A copay of $5.00 for cats and $15.00 for dogs is required. Pit bulls
and pit bull mixes do not require a copay.
Applications can be picked up at
Renaissance Pet Salon located at 129 W. North Bend Way, North Bend or U Dirty
Dog! located at 301 W. North Bend Way, North Bend, during business hours. You
may also email info@valleyanimalpartners.com. Completed applications may be
dropped off at Renaissance Pet Salon or U Dirty Dog!
Available to North Bend,
Snoqualmie and Fall City residents.
