Hello! I am Ashley Wright, Nationally Certified and Wisconsin
Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker.
I
graduated with High Honors from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College's Massage
Therapy Program. I believe that massage is a form of healing the mind, body, and
spirit and should be utilized as an integrated approach to holistic health and
wellness.
I enjoy giving and receiving massage and
am passionate about connecting with the client to provide the best healing
massage that I can.� I very much enjoy the healing aspects that
massage can provide.
The
services I provide are Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Active Isolated
Stretching, Lomi Lomi, Pregnancy, Sports, Lymphatic, Chair Massage, Hot Stone,
Aromatherapy, Chakra Balancing, Energy Work, and Crystal Healing.
I fell into massage therapy as
a way to get me through the rest of my schooling. I have found that I really
enjoy it and I am great at what I do. My long-term goal is to become a Licensed
Naturopathic Doctor, ND. I will be graduating this May from UW Fond du lac with
an Associates in Health Sciences, with Honors. I will then work towards my
Bachelor's Degree. From there, I will be pursuing my Naturopathic Medicine
degree at one of the 7 schools located in North America that currently offers a
Doctorate program in Naturopathic Medicine.
I grew up on and attended the tribal school on the Rosebud
Sicangu Lakota Sioux Reservation in South Dakota. Growing up on the reservation
and being immersed in the culture has influenced my views of holistic health and
spirituality. It took me awhile to figure out what path I was meant to travel,
but I have learned a lot along the way and am always eager to learn
more.
I have been married for 7 years to a
wonderful man and currently have no children. My babies consist of two mini
Shih-Tzu�s, Blossom and Bitsy, and my Honey Bear cat, Sabrina. They are my
precious babies and are quite spoiled! I enjoy the hot weather of summer, being
out in nature, cooking, and reading romance novels or anything related to
holistic therapies and alternative medicine.
