Come to a guided retreat in the Ashram's
tranquil wooded lakeshore setting. Rekindle inner peace and strength. Open your
heart and mind to new possibilities with spiritual practice and reflection. Days
begin with Hatha Yoga and Karma Yoga followed by one of our workshops: the
Divine Light Invocation, Relaxation, Mantra, Kundalini or Dream Yoga. In the
evening, the community comes together in the Temple of Divine Light for a time
of devotion and gratitude.
The Ashram has a comprehensive sustainability
program, ranging from meal planning, housekeeping, and printing, to solar and
geothermal heating systems.
