Devil’s Thumb Ranch is an environmentally friendly year-round Ranch resort and
spa offering cozy cabins in the woods and a brand new Lodge built with reclaimed
materials and beetlekill pine.
Enjoy two restaurants with fine dining from
sustainable and organic sources and an array of winter and summer outdoor and
wilderness recreation activities including horseback riding, mountain biking,
fly fishing and world-class Nordic skiing.
Facilities are heated with
environmentally sound geothermal heat and we're the proud recipient of an EPA
award for Responsible Development and Historic Preservation. Our onsite spa uses
all natural botanical treatments, locally produced when possible.
We’re
located in the Colorado Rocky Mountains,ten minutes from Winter Park. While the
Ranch encompasses 5000 acres of wilderness at the foot of the Continental Divide
in beautiful Grand County, less than 80 acres has facilities, the rest has been
reserved for our elk, deer, moose, trout, coyote and fox populations.
