Go Veggie! has been formed to serve the educational and social needs of committed
vegetarians as well as those who are just beginning to explore the many benefits of this
lifestyle. We are dedicated to promoting the advantages of vegetarianism for human health,
our environment, and the well-being of all life on our planet. We have cooking classes,
bring in speakers, have dine-outs, potlucks, table at events and had the position of Food
Coordinator at EarthDay 2001 in Lincoln Park.
