Mission: to create a support system for introducing, maintaining and encouraging
a dis-ease free and compassionate lifestyle with clarity of mind, heart and
spirit in today's world through the increased consumption of raw plant-based
foods. The listserv is a friendly forum for members to post and receive
information about local vegetarian-raw-food (vegan/living foods) related area
events, services, and products. This is an opportunity to share information and
stay connected with what is happening in our community and with each other. This
is mainly intended for the San Diego, California area but other SoCal and raw
living food related events and news are welcome.
